RESOLUTION NO. 1998-750
RESOLUTION DEDICATING PROPERTY FOR STREET
RIGHT-OF-WAY PURPOSES AND APPROVING STREET
NAME AS TG DRIVE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described property, be and the same is hereby
dedicated for right-of-way purposes :
A part of Lots 6, 7, and 8, Northeast Industrial Park, Plat
No 1, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said lot 8;
thence S 00°25' 20" E along the Easterly line of said Lot
8 a distance of 175. 00 feet to the point of beginning;
thence Southwesterly along a curve concave
Northwesterly having a radius of 50. 00 feet and a long
chord bearing S 44°34' 40" W a distance of 78 . 54 feet;
thence S 89°34' 40" W a distance of 660. 00 feet; thence S
00°25' 20" E a distance of 225. 00 feet to the Southerly
line of said Lot 6; thence N 89°34' 40" E along said
Southerly line a distance of 60 . 000 feet to the
Southwest corner of said Lot 7; thence N 00°25;20" W
along the Westerly line of said Lot 7 a distance of
165. 99 feet; thence N 89°34' 40" E a distance of 600. 00
feet; thence Southeasterly along a curve concave
Southwesterly having a radius of 50 . 00 feet and a long
chord bearing S 45°25' 20" E a distance of 78 . 54 feet to
the Easterly line of said Lot 8, thence N 00°25' 20" W
along the Easterly line of said Lot 8 a distance of
160. 00 feet to the point of beginning.
The Easterly line of said Lot 8 is assumed to bear S
00°25' 20" E.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the above described street right-
of-way be named as TG Drive.

RESOLUTION No. 1999-750
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF
ANDERSON' S 5TH ADDITION, ALL IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
WHEREAS, on this 8th day of November, 1999, at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, the Final Plat of Anderson' s 5th Addition, Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa, was presented for approval, and
WHEREAS, said Final Plat has been previously submitted
to and has been approved by the Waterloo City Planning,
Programming and Zoning Commission, and
WHEREAS, said Final Plat has been considered and should
receive approval of this Council .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Final Plat of
Anderson' s 5th Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
be and it is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, are hereby authorized and
directed to certify and affix their signatures to said
resolution.
