RESOLUTION NO. 1999-761
RESOLUTION APPROVING RENEWAL OF AN IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION ADOPT A HIGHWAY
APPLICATION AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
APPLICATION BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Renewal of the Adopt a Highway Application dated November 15,
1999 to allow Boy Scout Troop 117 to pick up trash on U. S. Highway
218 from Shaulis Road south to the city limits, by and between the
Iowa Department of Transportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of November, 1999.
