RESOLUTION NO. 1999-763
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
WITH BLACK HAWK ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, INC.
AND CITIZEN' S BANK AND TRUST AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Subordination Agreement dated November 15, 1999 in
conjunction with Small Business Administration loan for Joseph and
Ardys Squiers, by and between Black Hawk Economic Development,
Inc . , Citizen' s Bank and Trust, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of November, 1999 .
