RESOLUTION NO. 1999-770
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE OF CEDAR VALLEY
CORPORATION OF WATERLOO IOWA, FOR THE F.Y.
2000 DOWNTOWN SNOW REMOVAL-WINTER 1999-2000,
IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Cedar Valley Corporation of Waterloo, Iowa,
for the F.Y. 2000 Downtown Snow Removal-Winter 1999-2000, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 22nd day of
November, 1999, together with the accompanying bond for the
faithful performance of said contract signed by the Untied Fire
and Casualty Company of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, as surety thereon, be,
and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of November, 1999 .
