RESOLUTION NO. 1999--773
RESOLUTION APPROVING CERTIFICATION OF
COMPLETION WITH WATERLOO INDUSTRIES, INC. AND
MASTERBRAND INDUSTRIES, INC. AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID CERTIFICATION OF COMPLETION
BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certification of Completion dated November 22 , 1999 in
conjunction with construction of the Waterloo Industries, Inc.
Corporate Headquarters, by and between Waterloo Industries, Inc . ,
MasterBrand Industries, Inc . , and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of November, 1999 .
