RESOLUTION No. 1999-775
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF CEDAR
HILLS FIRST ADDITION REPLAT OF VACATED CEDAR
HILLS, ALL IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 1999-
246 IN ITS ENTIRETY.
WHEREAS, on this 22nd day of November, 1999, at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, the Final Plat of Cedar Hills First Addition Replat of
Vacated Cedar Hills, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, was
presented for approval, and
WHEREAS, said Final Plat has been previously submitted
to and has been approved by the Waterloo City Planning,
Programming and Zoning Commission, and
WHEREAS, said Final Plat has been considered and should
receive approval of this Council .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Final Plat of Cedar
Hills First Addition Replat of Vacated Cedar Hills,
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, be and it is hereby
approved and the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, are hereby authorized and directed to
certify and affix their signatures to said resolution.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Resolution No. 1999-246,
be and the same hereby rescinded in its entirety.
