RESOLUTION NO. 1999-774
RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 1992-546
WHICH ESTABLISHED PARKING REGULATIONS IN THE
CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA.
WHEREAS, the Waterloo Traffic Code empowers the City Council
to establish parking regulations within an area known as the
Central Business District; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has reviewed and
recommended changes to parking.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the following amendments be approved:
ON STREET PARKING
STREET FROM-TO SIDE OF NO. OF TIME METERS RATE
STREET SPACES LIMIT
Delete:
E. 5th Franklin-Mulberry E 8 2 hr YES 1/ . 20
W. 5TH Jefferson-Bluff E 4 2 hr YES 1/. 20
Add:
E. 5th Franklin-Mulberry E 7 2 hr YES 1/. 20
W. 5th Jefferson-Bluff E 5 2 hr YES l/. 20
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council on this 22nd day of
November, 1999, and approved by the Mayor this 24th day of November
1999.
