RESOLUTION NO. 1999-784
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MINING AGREEMENT
WITH ASPRO, INC. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID MINING AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Mining Agreement dated December 6, 1999 to allow mining
of stone, sand and gravel in the Riverview Recreation Area by and
between Aspro, Inc. , of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of December, 1999 .
