RESOLUTION NO. 1999- 790
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TAX INCREMENT
FINANCING PROJECT ADVANCES FROM THE
GENERAL FUND TO THE SEWER FUND.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the following project advances be
made .
FROM TO AMOUNT
Tax Increment Financing Funds Sewer Fund $1,225,223 .58
BE IN FURTHER RESOLVED that all designations and
restrictions on economic development monies, except for
amounts already budgeted to be paid during F .Y. 2000, be and
the same hereby removed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of December, 1999 .
