RESOLUTION NO. 1999-791A
RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE
VACATION OF AN EASEMENT GENERALLY LOCATED ON
THE NORTHEASTERLY 30 FEET OF LOTS Cl, C2 AND
C3 OF CEDAR CREST THIRD ADDITION AS JANUARY
10, 2000, AT 7 : 00 P.M. IN CITY HALL COUNCIL
CHAMBERS, WATERLOO, IOWA AND INSTRUCTING THE
CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 10th day of January, 2000, for the
purpose of considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate an
easement generally located on the northeasterly 30 feet of Lots
Cl, C2 and C3 of Cedar Crest Third Addition, and legally described
as follows :
The Northeasterly 30 feet of Lots C-1, C-2 and C-3,
Cedar Crest Third Addition (A part of Government Lot 4
in Section 12-88-13 and A Replat of Part of Cedar
Crest) , all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa;
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of December, 1999 .
