RESOLUTION NO. 1999-802
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH VANDEWALLE & ASSOCIATES AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated December 13, 1999
to provide a Comprehensive Redevelopment Master Plan for the
Central Business District at a cost not to exceed $60, 000 . 00, by
and between Vanderwalle & Associates, and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of December, 1999 .
