RESOLUTION NO. 1999-803
RESOLUTION NAMING NEW STREETS WITHIN CEDAR
HILLS FIRST ADDITION AS KNOLLVIEW DRIVE AND
COACHLIGHT PLACE AND EXTENDING EXISTING
STREETS KNOWN AS MARIGOLD DRIVE AND MEMORY
LANE, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the new streets within Cedar Hills First Addition
legally described as follows :
Memory Lane northerly to its intersection with Memory
Lane;
be and the same hereby named Knollview Drive, and
Carnation Drive southwesterly to its termination;
be and the same hereby named Coachlight Place .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the existing street known as
Marigold Drive, legally described as follows :
Marigold Drive from the intersection of Afton Drive and
Marigold Drive southerly to its intersection with
Memory Lane;
and that the existing street known as Memory Lane, legally
described as follows :
Memory Lane from its intersection with Carnation Drive
westerly and northerly to its intersection with
Marigold Drive and Carnation Drive;
be, and the same hereby extended.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that city staff be instructed to place signs as
required.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of December, 1999.
