RESOLUTION NO. 1999-804
RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ON FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF
COST FOR THE F.Y. 2000 WEST AIRLINE HIGHWAY
BRIDGE REPLACEMENT PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO. 560,
IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS JANUARY 3,
2000, AT 5 : 00 P.M. AT WATERLOO CULTURAL AND
ARTS CENTER, 225 CEDAR STREET, AND
INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE
NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at Waterloo Cultural Arts Center, 225 Cedar Street, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 00 p.m. on the 3rd day of
January, 2000, for the purpose of holding a public hearing on form
of contract and estimate of cost for the F.Y. 2000 West Airline
Highway Bridge Replacement Program, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
Contract No. 560 .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of December, 1999 .

RESOLUTION NO. 1999-805
RESOLUTION APPROVING DECLARATION OF COVENANTS
FOR TOWER TECHNOLOGY PARK PLAT NO. 1 AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID DECLARATION OF
COVENANTS BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Declaration of Covenants dated December 13, 1999 for
Tower Technology Park, Plat No. , be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of December, 1999 .
