RESOLUTION NO. 1999-809
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RECOMMENDATION OF
ACCEPTANCE AS TO WORK AND MATERIALS FURNISHED
BY CEDAR VALLEY CORP. OF WATERLOO, IOWA FOR
F.Y. 2000 RIVERVIEW RECREATIONAL AREA PARKING
LOT, CONTRACT NO. 619 AND ACCEPTING THE WORK.
WHEREAS, Cedar Valley Corp. of Waterloo, Iowa, has under
contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, furnished certain
materials and performed labor in connection with F.Y. 2000
Riverview Recreational Area Parking Lot, Contract No. 619, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of
Acceptance be and the same hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of December, 1999 .
