RESOLUTION NO. 1999-811
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RECOMMENDATION OF
ACCEPTANCE AS TO WORK AND MATERIALS FURNISHED
BY STEFFES CONSTRUCTION, INC. OF NEW HAMPTON,
IOWA FOR F.Y. 1999 SEAL COAT PROGRAM,
CONTRACT NO. 601 AND ACCEPTING THE WORK.
WHEREAS, Steffes Construction, Inc. of New Hampton, Iowa, has
under contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, furnished certain
materials and performed labor in connection with F.Y. 1999 Seal
Coat Program, Contract No. 601, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of
Acceptance be and the same hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of December, 1999.
