RESOLUTION NO. 1999-812
RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING WITH IOWA NORTHLAND REGIONAL
COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS (INRCOG) AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
BY MAYOR PRO TEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of Understanding dated December 20, 1999 for
grant writing services for State Recreational Trails Funds
application in conjunction with Sergeant Road Trail Resurfacing,
by and between Iowa Northland Regional Council of Governments
(INRCOG) , and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of December, 1999 .
