RESOLUTION NO. 1999-813
RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID APPLICATION BY MAYOR PRO
TEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Application dated December 20, 1999 for State Recreation
Trail funds in the amount of $426, 615 . 00, with an estimated local
match of $85, 000 . 00, in conjunction with Sergeant Road Trail
Resurfacing, by and between Iowa Department of Transportation, and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor Pro Tem authorized to execute the same in behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of December, 1999 .
