RESOLUTION NO. 1999-816
RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEERING SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH WAYNE CLAASSEN ENGINEERING AND
SURVEYING, INC. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR PRO TEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Engineering Services Agreement dated December 20, 1999 in
the amount of $10, 500 . 00 in conjunction with platting MidPort
America Plat No. 2, by and between Wayne Claassen Engineering and
Surveying, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of December, 1999 .
