RESOLUTION NO. 2012-208
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RECOMMENDATION OF
FINAL ACCEPTANCE AND RELEASE OF FINAL PAYMENT
AS TO WORK AND MATERIALS FURNISHED BY FAILOR
HURLEY CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION OF HUDSON,
IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PUBLIC MARKET
INTERIOR DEVELOPMENT LOCATED AT 327 WEST 3RD
STREET, AND ACCEPTING THE WORK.
WHEREAS, Prairie Construction Co. , Inc. , of Waterloo, Iowa,
has under contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, furnished
certain materials and performed labor at a total cost of
$218, 246. 00 in conjunction with the Public Market Interior
Development Project, located at 327 West 3rd Street, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the final acceptance of Work and release of final payment be
and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of March 2012 .
