RESOLUTION NO. 2012-217
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE SANS SOUCI HISTORIC
BOOKLET SERVICES FOR THE HAZARD MITIGATION
GRANT PROGRAM (HMGP) PROPERTY ACQUISITION
PROJECT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2012-216, specifications, bid
document, form of contract, etc. , in conjunction with Sans Souci
Historic Booklet Services for the Hazard Mitigation Grant
Program(HMGP) Property Acquisition Project, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council
after the public hearing on March 12, 2012 as prescribed by
statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said Sans Souci
Historic Booklet Services for the Hazard Mitigation Grant
Program(HMGP) Property Acquisition Project proceed in accordance
with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of March, 2012 .
