RESOLUTION NO. 2012-219
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID, AWARD OF CONTRACTS
AND APPROVAL OF ONE YEAR CONTRACT, WITH
SUPERIOR SECURITY SERVICES OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
FOR SECURITY SERVICES AT THE WASTE MANAGEMENT
SERVICES DEPARTMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid and one year contract effective July 1, 2012
with Superior Security Services of Waterloo, Iowa, at a rate of
$12 . 25 per hour, for security services at the Waste Management
Services Department, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same on behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of March 2012 .
