RESOLUTION NO. 2012-220
RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF CONTRACT TO B & B LAWN CARE OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, AND PORTIONS TO FLEMING' S LANDSCAPING &
MORE, LLC OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION
WI:H THE F.Y. 2012 RIGHT-OF-WAY MOWING
CONTRACT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the contract with B & B Lawn Care, Inc. of Waterloo,
Iowa and Fleming' s Landscaping & More, LLC of Waterloo, Iowa, in
conjunction with the F.Y. 2012 Right-of-Way Mowing Contract,
described in the plans and specifications heretofore adopted by
this Council for said project with Resolution No. 2012-205 after
public hearing on March 5, 2012 on published notice required by
law, be and are hereby awarded as follows:
B & B Lawn Care
Option A: $27 . 95 per acre
Option C: $20 . 00 per acre
Option F: $$750 . 00 per acre
Fleming' s Landscaping & More, LLC
Option B: $28 . 00 per acre
Option D: $25 . 00 per hour
Option E: $45 . 00 per acre
Option G: $28 . 00 per acre
the same being the apparent lowest bidders for said project .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of March, 2012 .
