RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL QUANTITIES CHANGE
ORDER REDUCTION IN THE AMOUNT OF $1, 497 . 41
FOR WORK PERFORMED BY VOLTMER INC. OF
DECORAH, IOWA, IN CONJUNTION WITH THE U. S. 63
& RIDGEWAY TRAFFIC SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS; AND
AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the final quantities change order reduction in the
amount of $1, 497 . 41 for work performed by Voltmer, Inc. of
Decorah, Iowa, in conjunction with the U. S. 63 & Ridgeway Traffic
Safety Improvements Project, is hereby approved and the Mayor is
authorized and directed to execute said documents on behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of March, 2012 .
