RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS, AWARD OF CONTRACTS
AND APPROVAL OF CONTRACTS, BONDS,
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE TO SITE SERVICES,
INC. OF ALGONA, IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH
ASBESTOS ABATEMENT SERVICES FOR THE FOLLOWING
PROPERTIES: 820 AND 910 SYCAMORE STREET; 626-
628 WEST 9TH STREET; AND 625 GLENWOOD STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the Contract, Bond and Certificate of Insurance with
Site Services, Inc. of Algona, Iowa, in the amount of,
$22, 340 . 00, in conjunction with asbestos abatement services for
the following properties: 820 and 910 Sycamore Street; 626-628
West 9th Street; and 625 Glenwood Street, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of March 2012 .
