RESOLUTION NO. 2012-225
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH HOWARD R. GREEN AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated March 12, 2012,
with an estimated cost of $43, 114 . 00, for environmental testing,
preparation of documents, and oversight of work in conjunction
with Phase III of the Chamberlain Site Demolition, located east
of the former Chamberlain Manufacturing site at 550 Esther
Street, by and between Howard R. Green and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of March, 2012 .
