said City will conduct a public hearing on
the proposed plans, specifications, form
of contract,and estimate of cost for the
715 MULBERRY ST. construction of the above-described im-
provement project at 5:30 p.m.on the 4th
day of October,2021,said hearing to be
WATERLOO IA 50703 held in the Harold E. Getty Council
Chambers in City Hall in said City. The
proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, and estimate of cost for said
improvements heretofore prepared by the
City Engineering Department are now on
ORDER NUMBER 203587 file in the office of the City Clerk for public
examination, and any person interested
therein may file written objection thereto
with the City Clerk before the date set for
said hearing, or appear and make
objection thereto with the City Clerk
