that the Minutes of September 7, 2021, as proposed, be approved. Voice-vote Ayes: Seven.
Motion carried.
Objective: Department operations update from the Human Resources Department.
Lance Dunn, Human Resources Director,provided an update on Human Resources Department
operations. He shared with council the numerous new policies that had to be developed in order
to respond to the pandemic. These policies included telecommuting policy, temperature policy,
mask policy,COVID comprehensive leave policy,and employee exposure protocol and cleaning
policies.
Lance Dunn discussed Human Resources Department operations with city council members and
Mayor Hart and Michelle Weidner, Chief Financial Officer.
