RESOLUTION NO. 2021-658
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, ETC., AND
AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
HIGHWAY 63 SANITARY SEWER UPGRADES PHASE 1
PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 1037.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Public Works Director of said City to prepare and file specifications, bid documents, etc., in
conjunction with the Highway 63 Sanitary Sewer Upgrades Phase 1 Project, Contract No. 1037,
and
WHEREAS, said Public Works Director did file said specifications, bid documents, etc.,
in conjunction with the Highway 63 Sanitary Sewer Upgrades Phase 1 Project, Contract No.
1037, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on October 4, 2021.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said specifications, bid documents, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with
the Highway 63 Sanitary Sewer Upgrades Phase 1 Project, Contract No. 1037, are hereby
approved, and said project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of October 2021.
