RESOLUTION NO. 2021-661
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC.,
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$140,000, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PHASE I
PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT AND INTERIM
REPAIRS ANAEROBIC LAGOON REPAIR PROJECT, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated October 4, 2021, between AECOM Technical
Services, Inc., of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, in an amount not to exceed $140,000,
in conjunction with the Phase I Preliminary Engineering Report and Interim Repairs Anaerobic
Lagoon Repair Project, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute
said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of October 2021.
