RESOLUTION NO. 2021-662
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH STRAND ASSOCIATES OF MADISON,
WISCONSIN, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $45,000, TO
PROVIDE DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE WASTEWATER
TREATMENT PLANT FINAL CLARIFIER NO. 3
REHABILITATION PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated October 4, 2021, between Strand Associates,
Inc., of Madison Wisconsin and the City of Waterloo, in an amount not to exceed $45,000, to
provide design services for the Wastewater Treatment Plant Final Clarifier No. 3 Rehabilitation
Project, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document
on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of October 2021.
