RESOLUTION NO. 2021-665
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EARLY ACCESS
AGREEMENT WITH KOELKER PROPERTIES, LLC, TO
ALLOW FILL AND EARTH -MOVING ACTIVITIES IN
PREPARATION OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE SITE WEST OF
3180 WEST AIRLINE HIGHWAY, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Early Access Agreement dated October 4, 2021, between Kolker Properties, LLC and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, to allow fill and earth -moving activities in preparation of development of
the site west of 3180 West Airline Highway, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of October 2021.
