RESOLUTION NO. 2021-655
RESOLUTION AWARDING BID TO MTI DISTRIBUTING OF
BROOKLYN CENTER, MINNESOTA, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$56,010.68, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF
THE 2021 GATES PARK AND SOUTH HILLS IRRIGATION
CONTROL SYSTEM UPDATES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the bid of MTI Distributing of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota in the amount of $56,010.68, in
conjunction with the purchase of the 2021 Gates Park and South Hills Irrigation Control System
Updates, described in the specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said purchase
with Resolution No. 2021-654, after public hearing on October 4, 2021, on published notice
required by law, be and is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of October 2021.
