RESOLUTION NO. 2021-652
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING METH HOTSPOTS GRANT
FUNDS FROM OCTOBER 1, 2020 TO JUNE 30, 2022, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $28,000 WITH NO MATCHING FUNDS, AS A
SUB -RECIPIENT FROM THE GOVERNOR'S OFFICE OF
DRUG CONTROL POLICY, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CHIEF OF POLICE TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Methamphetamine HotSpots Grant monies from October 1, 2020 to June 30, 2022, in the
amount of $28,000, with no matching funds, as a sub -recipient from the Governor's Office of
Drug Control Policy, are hereby accepted, and the Mayor and Chief of Police are authorized and
directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of October 2021.
