RESOLUTION NO. 2021-654
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, ETC., AND
AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
2021 GATES PARK AND SOUTH HILLS IRRIGATION
CONTROL SYSTEM UPDATES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Leisure Services Director of said City to prepare and file specifications, bid documents, etc., in
conjunction with the 2021 Gates Park and South Hills Irrigation Control System Updates, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said specifications, bid documents,
etc., in conjunction with the 2021 Gates Park and South Hills Irrigation Control System Updates,
and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on October 4, 2021.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said specifications, bid documents, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with
the 2021 Gates Park and South Hills Irrigation Control System Updates, are hereby approved,
and said project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of October 2021.
