RESOLUTION NO. 2012-318
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2012 ASPHALT OVERLAY PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO. 818.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS FOLLOWS:
That the preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the FY 2012 Asphalt Overlay Program, contract no. 818 be, and are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of April 2012.
