RESOLUTION NO. 2012-355
RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE UV DISINFECTION PROJECT, CONTRACT NO.
817.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2012-354, plans, specifications,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the
UV Disinfection Project, Contract No. 817, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council
after the public hearing on April 23, 2012 as prescribed by
statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said project
proceed in accordance with said plans and specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of April 2012.
