RESOLUTION NO. 2012-360
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2012 RIVERFRONT STADIUM
BOX SEATING PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Public Works Director of said City to
prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the 2012 Riverfront Stadium Box Seating Project,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Public Works Director did file said
preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the 2012 Riverfront Stadium Box Seating Project,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and which were preliminarily
approved by Resolution No. 2012-320 on April 9, 2012, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on April
23, 2012.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. in conjunction with the 2012 Riverfront Stadium
Box Seating Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of April 2012.
