RESOLUTION NO. 2012-370
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH WATERLOO
WATER WORKS AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated April 23, 2012, for Water Main Extension
and Replacement in conjunction with the F.Y. 2012 West Shaulis
Raod/Ansborough Avenue, Contract No. 784, by and between the
Waterloo Water Works and the City of Waterloo, Iowa be, and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of April 2012.
