RESOLUTION APPROVING STATE OF IOWA GRADE
CROSSING SURFACE REPAIR FUND FORCE ACCOUNT
AGREEMENT WITH UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY
AND IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the State of Iowa Grade Crossing Surface Repair Fund Force
Account Agreement dated April 23, 2012, in the amount of
$18,595.00, for the installation of concrete surface crossing at
the Walnut Street railroad crossing, by and between the Chicago,
Central and Pacific Railroad Company, Iowa Department of
Transportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of April, 2012.
