RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE REQUEST
OF ROBSON HOMES, INC. FOR A SITE PLAN
AMENDMENT TO THE "R-3,R-P" PLANNED RESIDENCE
DISTRICT TO ALLOW FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF 4-
PLEX BUILDINGS ALONG MORNING DOVE DRIVE IN
CROSSROADS ESTATES, REPLAT NO. 1, AS MAY 7,
2012, AT 5:30 P.M. IN CITY HALL COUNCIL
CHAMBERS, WATERLOO, IOWA, AND INSTRUCTING THE
CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 7th day of May, 2012, for the
purpose of considering the request of Robson Homes, Inc. for a
site plan amendment to the "R-3,R-P" planned residence district to
allow for the development of 4-plex buildings along Morning Dove
Drive, in Crossroads Estates, Replat No. 1, and legally described
as follows:
Crossroads Estates Replat No. 1, Lots 51 thru 62, and
Lots 117 thru 140, all in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
