RESOLUTION NO. 2012-374
RESOLUTION APPROVING FIXTURE TRAIL AGREEMENT
WITH HELLMAN ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR $62,440.00
TO PRODUCE AND AIR PRIME TIME LOCAL TV
COMMERCIALS FOR TRAFFIC SAFETY AND AUTHORIZE
THE MAYOR TO SIGN AND EXECUTE SAID
AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Fixture Trail Agreement dated April 23, 2012 between LED
Roadway Lighting Ltd., of Nova Scotia, Canada and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa to assess the performance of six (6) LRL's LED
street lighting fixtures, in the amount of $2,831.70, is hereby
approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said
agreement on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of April 2012.
