RESOLUTION NO. 2012-376
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE
OF COST, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
BYRNES PARK DRAINAGE PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, estimate of
cost, etc., in conjunction with the Byrnes Park Drainage Project,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said plans,
specifications, form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in
conjunction with Byrnes Park Drainage Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the Byrnes
Park Drainage Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the
same are hereby, preliminarily approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of April, 2012.
