RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE RIVERFRONT SPORTS PARK
IRRIGATION PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
to prepare plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the Riverfront Sports Park Irrigation Project,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said,
plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction
with the Riverfront Sports Park Irrigation Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract,
etc., in conjunction with the Riverfront Sports Park Irrigation
Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, preliminarily approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of April, 2012.
