RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE DEMOLITION AND SITE
CLEARANCE SERVICES(NO ASBESTOS CONTAINING
MATERIALS)FOR 550 ESTHER STREET (FORMER
CHAMBERLAIN MANUFACTURING).
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Community Planning and Development
Director of said City to prepare plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with Demolition and Site Clearance
Services(No Asbestos Containing Materials)for 550 Esther Street
(Former Chamberlain Manufacturing), in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Community Planning and Development Director
did file said, plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with Demolition and Site Clearance Services (No
Asbestos Containing Materials)for 550 Esther Street (Former
Chamberlain Manufacturing).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract,
etc., in conjunction with Demolition and Site Clearance Services
(No Asbestos Containing Materials) for 550 Esther Street (Former
Chamberlain Manufacturing), in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be,
and the same are hereby, preliminarily approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of April, 2012.
