RESOLUTION FIXING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING AND
BID OPENING IN CONJUNTION WITH DEMOLITION AND
SITE CLEARANCE SERVICES(NO ASBESTOS CONTAINING
MATERIALS)FOR 550 ESTHER STREET (FORMER
CHAMBERLAIN MANUFACTURING)., AND INSTRUCTING
CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, AND FORM OF CONTRACT
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 21st day of May for the
purpose of opening, awarding bids and acting upon the proposed
preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with Demolition and Site Clearance Services(No
Asbestos Containing Materials)for 550 Esther Street (Former
Chamberlain Manufacturing).
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of April 2012.
