RESOLUTION NO. 2012-393
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE TRAFFIC
COMMUNICATIONS INFRASTRUCTURE UPGRADE - FIBER
OPTICS PHASE I-1 PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Traffic Operations Superintendent of
said City to prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the Traffic
Communications Infrastructure Upgrade - Fiber Optics Phase I-1
Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Traffic Operations Superintendent did file
said preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the Communications
Infrastructure Upgrade - Fiber Optics Phase I-1 Project, which
were preliminarily approved by Resolution No. 2012-300 on April
2, 2012, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on May 7,
2012.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the
Communications Infrastructure Upgrade - Fiber Optics Phase I-1
Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of May, 2012.
