RESOLUTION NO. 2012-396
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2012
RIVERFRONT SPORTS PARK IRRIGATION PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Leisure Services Facility Manager of
said City to prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the 2012
Riverfront Sports Park Irrigation Project, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Facility Manager did file
said preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the 2012 Riverfront
Sports Park Irrigation Project, which were preliminarily approved
by Resolution No. 2012-378 on April, 2012, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on May 7,
2012.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the 2012
Riverfront Sports Park Irrigation Project, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of May 2012.
