RESOLUTION NO. 2012-399
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2012 FARMING OF CITY
OWNED LAND AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF HIGHWAY
20 AND KIMBALL AVENUE, SOUTH OF TOWER PARK.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Community Planning and Development
Director of said City to prepare proposed plans, specifications,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the
2012 Farming of City Owned Land at the Southwest Corner of
Highway 20 and Kimball Avenue, South of Tower Park, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Community Planning and Development Director
did file said specifications, bid documents, etc. in conjunction
with the 2012 Farming of City Owned Land at the Southwest Corner
of Highway 20 and Kimball Avenue, South of Tower Park, which were
preliminarily approved by Resolution No. 2012-378 on April 23,
2012, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on May 7,
2012.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid documents,
etc. in conjunction with the 2012 Farming of City Owned Land at
the Southwest Corner of Highway 20 and Kimball Avenue, South of
Tower Park, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of May 2012.
