RESOLUTION NO. 2012-400
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2012 FARMING OF CITY
OWNED LAND AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF HIGHWAY
20 AND KIMBALL AVENUE, SOUTH OF TOWER PARK.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2012-399, specifications, bid
documents, etc., in conjunction with the 2012 Farming of City
Owned Land at the Southwest Corner of Highway 20 and Kimball
Avenue, South of Tower Park, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have
been approved and adopted by this Council after the public
hearing on May 7, 2012 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said project
proceed in accordance with said plans and specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of May 2012.
