RESOLUTION NO. 2012-402
RESOLUTION APPROVING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO
BOLAND RECREATION OF MARSHALLTOWN, IOWA IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2012 RIVERFRONT STADIUM
BOX SEATING PROJECT, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$37,000.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the Contract with Boland Recreation of Marshalltown,
Iowa, in the amount of $37,000.00, in conjunction with the 2012
Riverfront Stadium Box Seating Project, described in the
specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
project with Resolution No. 2012-360, after public hearing on
April 23, 2012 on published notice required by law, be and is
hereby awarded, the same being the lowest bid received for said
work.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
contract with the said contractor for the said improvements, said
contract not to be binding on the City until approved by this
Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of May, 2012.
